Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a T.o.S (TRACE of STAIN), you agree to the following terms.

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
- Payment is required in full before work begins.
- I have the right to decline any request
- All artwork is created in my STAIN style.
- NO AI references are allowed.
- The artwork may not be altered, traced, minted as NFTs, or used to train AI models.
- I may share completed artwork on my portfolio and social media unless discussed otherwise BEFORE the artwork has started.
- 1-2 round of minor revisions is included during the sketch stage.
- Major changes requested after approval may incur an additional fee.
- I retain full copyright to all artwork.
- Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights have been discussed, resulting in additional fees.
- You may post the artwork online with credit to me.
- If you have a specific time frame (under 7 business days), please make it known, as an additional fee will be applied.
- You may use this as a custom tattoo ticket.

- If there is a specific style in my prior artworks that you’d like me to draw, please make a note.
- If you wish to have more than one T.o.S in an artwork, there will be an additional cost depending on the design.
